Writing and recipe development are at the heart of my work and what I enjoy doing above all.
I began writing about food and nutrition even before I earned my credential as a registered dietitian. I write for magazines and newspapers covering everything from the healthiest snacks to the upsides of eating a plant-forward diet. I also work with brands to write content for their websites and newsletters. My recipe development began as an exension of my writing and has since bloomed into a thing unto itself. I've developed hundreds of orginial recipes, both for my cookbooks, my blog, a variety of media outlets, and brands.
